An online fitness, food freedom & business coach. I’ve been in the industry for 10 years & have helped hundreds of women feel confident AF in their bodies through levelling up in the gym, getting strong AF & losing weight without cutting out any food that they love! I am the QUEEN of flexible nutrition & helping you build your dream toned body free from restriction!
I have also been on my own fitness journey & have been in your shoes! Trust me when I say that I have done it all! Starting at 55kg, with shitty body image & overtraining because of my obsession with the scales. As well as 94kg, constantly bingeing in secret in my bedroom & struggling to stick to anything long term! I changed my lifestyle & lost 30kg over 4 years and have been able to maintain that ever since through the EXACT METHODS I teach my clients!
